Digital Radio Coverage and Interference Analysis Project
- This project is a technical analysis of public radio HD radio coverage problems and the loss of analog and digital coverage due to the interference caused by co- and adjacent channel HD stations.
Television Rechannelization Study
- The Television Rechannelization Study will recommend the necessary resources for stations to complete their analog to digital conversion and will identify for CPB the estimated funding levels required at each station to meet the conversion requirements.

Assessment of Public Broadcasting Outreach
- This Request for Proposals is for a wide ranging, but rapid, assessment of public broadcasting outreach -- an assessment deep enough to help CPB make decisions about some of its FY07 investments and to lay the groundwork for a longer-term outreach/community engagement strategy for both radio and television.
