This position will assist with WHYY Street Team appearances and setup/represent WHYY at on-site community engagement events. This position requires a flexible schedule, with availability to work on call, and also the ability to stand for long periods of times.

The Station broadcasts classical music daily from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. and jazz music from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. WRCJ-FM is licensed to the Detroit Classical and Jazz Educational Radio Foundation and is managed by Detrpot PBS. The Station is located inside the Detroit School of Arts in midtown Detroit, and has been broadcasting since 2005.
