WASHINGTON, D.C. (February 2, 2024) -- The CPB Board of Directors will meet virtually on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 2 – 5:30 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

  • Chair and Directors’ Remarks – Resolution re: 2024 Board Meeting Dates
  • President’s Report to the Board
  • Committee Chair Reports: Interconnection and Audit and Finance
  • FY 2023 Audited Financial Statements and Resolution
  • Annual Affirmative Action Report and Plan
  • Update on CPB’s Digital Transformation Program with Poynter Institute
  • Future Agenda Items (public and executive sessions)
  • Digital Transformation Program Next Steps (executive session)
  • Update on Interconnection (executive session)
  • Personnel Matter (executive session)
