CPB Audit and Finance Committe to Meet Friday, January 9, 2009
The Audit and Finance Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically in public and executive sessions on Friday, January 9, 2009, from 3:30 – 5:00 pm ET. On the draft agenda:
Approval of minutes (public and executive sessions)
Report on FY 2008 audited financial statements with update from BDO Seidman, LLP (public session)
Review of CPB’s investment policy and performance (public session)
Interim financial report (public session)
Supplemental financial reports (executive session)
Review Inspector General’s performance objectives and audit plan (executive session)
With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe this meeting in the Blair-Killian Board Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
