Executive Compensation Committee of the CPB Board of Directors Meeting
The Executive Compensation Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet in telephonic executive session on Thursday, November 12, 2009, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm ET. Except for approval of the agenda and public session minutes from previous meetings, the meeting will be held in closed session to address confidential personnel matters.
The meeting will take place in the Executive Conference Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
