WVTF/Radio IQ seeks a Director of Content and Distribution to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is adept at coordinating daily operational functions to ensure audience-centered programming across various platforms. This role involves scheduling of diverse programming, promotions, and special broadcasts across both stations, encompassing all audio-delivery platforms.


The Associate Director coordinates and implements day-to-day activities of the Electronic Media Communications (EMC) department which includes WJAB-FM 90.9 and WJAB-TV 78.. Serves as manager for the production, distribution and scheduling services of the unit.  Assist with planning and production of local programs and live broadcasts.  Serve as Executive Producer for all programming on WJAB-FM and WJAB-TV.   Serve as advisor to departmental students.  Work air shift as needed.
