The Community Radio Project dba KSJD community radio is hiring an executive director. The executive director, in conjunction with the KSJD Board of Directors, is responsible for providing the vision and direction of the KSJD station and the Sunflower Theatre and for developing and implementing strategies that support the mission of the organization. The ED reports to the Chair of the Board of Directors.

The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization; providing staff and volunteer leadership and management; establishing and implementing organizational goals, policies, and operating procedures; overseeing operational and technical systems; developing and implementing strategies for revenue generation; developing and managing the operating budget; representing the station to the community and overseeing community outreach, membership development, and marketing. The ED also ensures compliance with non-profit and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Rules, regulations, guidelines, and other applicable laws and professional standards.

KSJD's mission is to inform, entertain and empower the people of the Four Corners region through news, arts, culture, and public media service.

The salary for this position is $58,000-$60,000 DOE with benefits. The organization offers a health care stipend and a Simple Plan. For more information, click here.
