The Educational Communications Board (ECB) offers a professional yet relaxed environment, extensive training, great colleagues, and some really cool technology! ECB is the state agency that delivers educational, noncommercial, and public safety media via Wisconsin Public Radio and PBS Wisconsin. We are seeking a Compliance Officer in our Division of Engineering.

The Compliance Officer is based in Madison, WI at 3319 West Beltline Highway. Most work for this position will be performed remotely with the possibility of being in the Madison office once or twice a month. A reliable network connection provided by the incumbent is required to effectively work remotely. This position does require up to 10 percent travel.

The incumbent in this unclassified position reports to the Engineering Division Administrator and work is performed under general supervision.

 As part of the Engineering Division Leadership Team, the incumbent leads the division with respect to all ECB and Wisconsin Public Broadcasting (WPB) service-oriented compliance with all pertinent regulation and regulatory authorities including FCC, FAA & tower leasing. The incumbent also coordinates with partner organizations and agencies to effectively manage discrepancy reporting for all services.
