KMUW, Wichita’s NPR station, is looking for a major giving officer to build and manage a comprehensive program to support the mission of KMUW, which is licensed to Wichita State University and supported by WSU Foundation & Alumni Engagement. The position would also support two other departments on campus. The ideal candidate would understand and value public radio’s community service role in providing award-winning news for Wichita, the largest city in Kansas as well as the entire southcentral part of the state. This individual will report to the WSU Foundation with regular and frequent contact with KMUW’s General Manager.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
• One to three years of major gifts experience
• Must be willing to travel with occasional weekend and evening work
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Project professional image at all times
