Main Purpose Of Job

The Gifts Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and acknowledgment of all charitable donations made to MPT. The Gifts Associate supports all Development fundraising activity, including processing financial gifts received from direct mail, on-air-pledge, online, IRA Rollovers, workplace giving, stock donations, tribute and memorial gifts and other sources. The Gifts Associate helps to maintain the integrity of the member database and member satisfaction.

Possible hybrid work schedules are available.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:  Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Experience:  A minimum of two (2) years of experience in office support work, including at least one (1) year in data entry/gift processing (or an equivalent of experience in a related field).

Note: Experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education only.

 

For education obtained outside the U.S., a copy of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service must accompany the application.
