Job Description:
Job Purpose: 
Responsible for providing end user technical assistance and support to computer systems, hardware, d Responds to help desk requests, performs diagnostics and necessary trouble shooting measures, isolate+ determines and implements solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk support to resolve problems for end users in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Respond to help desk requests appropriately whether in person, over the phone, or via email.

Manage the on-boarding of new users by performing PC setup and deployment using the required hardware, software, and images. Use imaging technology to efficiently provision new workstations.

Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software and enable new user accounts, add users to spam filter, install antivirus from antivirus server, and add PCs to patch management server.

Actively monitor and resolve Security Operations Center (SOC} reported issues by acknowledging and mitigating all security incidents involving agency devices and provide the SOC all the necessary and required response data.


Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment or related systems.

*A degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
