WEKU, a nine-station public radio network based in Richmond, Kentucky has an opening for a full time news reporter. The Health Reporter will work as a member of the Ohio Valley ReSource Collaborative and the WEKU news team.

This position does require some travel to cover stories in the region however it is considered a primarily remote position.
WEKU provides all news staff a laptop computer, digital recorder, and all equipment and software you need to create award-winning content and cover a brand new beat that requires increased coverage.
You should have at least two years of journalism experience and have a passion for the mission of public radio service. A college degree is required.
