WITF is seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to join our team as a Controller. The role serves as a leader in WITF’s finance department and supports WITF’s mission through effective internal controls and best in practice financial reporting. You will partner with the Vice President of Finance to provide support and leadership during the budget process, recommend changes in policies and procedures, prepare regulatory reports and financial statements, and other financial and investment duties as assigned for WITF and its subsidiaries. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another related field and 5 years of experience along with experience supervising a team. Experience in nonprofit accounting and public accounting is preferred but not required.
