Job Description:

WUCF in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Programming Manager to manage the programming and operations for WUCF FM HD1 and HD2. The position develops, implements, and promotes program schedules, ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations. Produces daily music and program logs via Music Master software and directs programming and production staff. Manages and coordinates the operational systems.

* Participates in the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
* Directs all radio and online programming and contract productions.
* Guides development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and-long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishments of established goals.
* Creates, edits, and producers daily jazz music and program logs; manages audience surveys and analytics.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree
