WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 26, 2024) -- The Audit and Finance Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically on Monday, August 5, from 5 to 6:55 pm EDT. On the draft agenda:

• President’s Remarks
• Review of CPB’s FY 2023 Form 990
• Approval of FY 2024 Audit Plan from External Auditors
• Review and Approval of CPB’s Proposed FY 2025 Operating Budget
• Update from the Inspector General - Review and Approval of OIG FY 2026 Operating Budget; Scope of IG Audit Process
• Review of Financial Statements through June 30, 2024
• Future Agenda Items (public and executive sessions)
• Review of Supplemental Schedules for the Proposed FY 2025 Operating Budget (executive session)
• Review of Supplemental Financial Reports (executive session)
• Review of Process and Timeline of IG’s Performance Evaluation (executive session)
