CPB Board of Directors to Meet on May 13, 2025

WASHINGTON, D.C, (May 12, 2025) The CPB Board of Directors will meet virtually on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 5 pm ET. Public session will be from 5-5:15 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

• Chair’s Remarks
• Update from the President
• Discussion with General Counsel (executive session)
• Next Generation Warning System Grants to Public Media Stations to Upgrade Emergency Alerting (executive session)
• Personnel Matters (executive session)

With the exception of the executive session, the public may listen to the meeting proceedings via conference call. Audio recordings of the public sessions are also available on cpb.org following the meeting.
