Black Panther Woman

This film follows Aboriginal Australian activist and artist Marlene Cummins as she reunites with Black Panther members worldwide at a conference in New York and recounts her time with the leader of the Australian Black Panther Party in 1972. The film shows glimpses of her life in Redfern, her career as a musician and radio presenter, and her struggles with addictions to alcohol, drugs and gambling.
