Cocaine Prison

Shot in Bolivia over five years, this documentary looks at the ongoing war on drugs through the journeys of three people at the lowest rank of the international drug trade – a cocaine worker, a drug mule and the drug mule’s young sister. Partially filmed inside a Bolivian prison, this film offers a fresh perspective on race and class disparities in the drug war.
