Emergency Disaster Funding: KGTF &Typhoon Mawar Assistance

CPB is providing PBS Guam with emergency funding to assist in defraying extraordinary expenses incurred after Super Typhoon Mawar struck the island in May 2023. The grant funds repairs to KGTF's air conditioning system and the purchase backup generators for the station and the transmitter site.
