Stikine River Radio KSTK Resiliency Project

CoastAlaska, Inc. is improving its Emergency Alert System in the community and outlying remote areas. The station is replacing aging equipment, including a backup generator at the transmitter site, an EAS decoder replacement, and a translator replacement. This grant is funded on cost reimbursement basis through the first round (FY 2022) of the Federal Emergency Management Association's Next Generation Warning System Grant Program.
