WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 12, 2026) -- The CPB Board of Directors will meet in a telephonic meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Public session will be from 2:00 – 3:00 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

- President’s Remarks
- Update from the Audit and Finance Committee Chair, Report from the CFO and External Auditors
- Legal and Financial Updates (executive session)
- Report on Grants and Operations (executive session)
With the exception of the executive session, the public may listen to the meeting proceedings via conference call. Audio recordings of the public sessions are also available on cpb.org following the meeting.
