CPB Board of Directors to Meet on Thursday, February 6, 2025

WASHINGTON, DC (January 28, 2025) -- The CPB Board of Directors will meet virtually on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 2–4:30 pm ET. Public session will be from 2–2:35 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

  • Approval of Minutes (public and executive sessions)
  • Chair and Directors’ Remarks
  • President’s Report to the Board
  • Audit and Finance Committee Chair Report
  • Report from External Auditors
  • Board Post-Audit Discussion with Auditors
  • Update on Interconnection (executive session)
  • Discussion with General Counsel (executive session)
  • Future Agenda Items (public and executive sessions)

With the exception of the executive session, the public may listen to the meeting proceedings via conference call. Audio recordings of the public sessions are also available on cpb.org following the meeting.
