RESOLVED,
That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting accepts the Combined Financial Statements and Report of Independent Certified Public Accountants, and Combined Financial Statements, Independent Auditors’ Report, and Reports in Compliance with the Uniform Guidance for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and Affiliate for September 30, 2019 and 2018.
Committee Appointments – Interconnection Committee, February 2020
That the Board of Directors establishes the Interconnection Committee and appoints the directors as listed below to serve on this committee:

That the Board of Directors adopts the charter for the above referenced committee as attached.
