The senseless killing of Barred Owls, in California.

I am very opposed to the killing of Barred OWLS in order to save the Spotted OWLS in California! This reeks of Joe Biden and his Handlers! They enjoy killing life, be it a bird or a baby, if it suits their pocketbooks!
