Request for Recruiting Services

CPB seeks to engage a firm or individual ("Contractor") to assist with recruiting qualified candidates for various mid to senior level positions as they become vacant at CPB. Once initiated by CPB, it is important that each recruitment search be started immediately. CPB's goal is to have each of their position vacancies filled with a qualified candidate within 3 to 4 months. The contract term will extend for a period of one year, with the option to renew at CPB's sole discretion, for two additional one year terms.
