Iowa Public Radio seeks a highly motivated professional to join our Underwriting team as our Sponsorship Coordinator, primarily in day-to-day administrative support. You’ll join a team of successful account executives, assisting them with underwriting contract entry and maintenance, underwriting traffic, preparing sales materials and client communications.  Our ideal candidate is organized, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with excellent attention to detail.

ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE:
$14.49 - $24.79 per hour ($30,148 - $51,557 per year)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired;
•    1 to 3 years of experience in a professional environment, including internships; and
•    A valid state-issued driver’s license and reliable transportation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Well organized, deadline driven, able to prioritize and multi-task, excellent attention to detail;
•    Competent in computer data entry and able to learn new systems and processes quickly;
•    Dependable, able to work with and receive direction from multiple people;
•    Customer-oriented with a desire to deliver the best outcomes to customers and Account Executives;
•    Possess basic graphic design and marketing skills; and
•    Familiarity with Canva, Excel and MailChimp.
