CPB Board of Directors Audit and Finance, Executive Compensation Committees to Meet Telephonically on November 18, 2021

WASHINGTON, D.C., (November 4, 2021) -- The Audit and Finance Committee and the Executive Compensation Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically in public and executive sessions on Thursday, November 18, 2021, from 2-3:50 pm ET. On the draft agendas:

Audit and Finance Committee Meeting (2-2:15 pm ET)

  • Approval of Minutes (public session – 5 minutes)
  • Personnel Matter (executive session – 10 minutes)

Executive Compensation Committee Meeting (2:15-3:50 pm ET)

  • Approval of Minutes (public session – 5 minutes)
  • Personnel Matters (executive session – 90 minutes)
