CPB Board of Directors Executive Compensation Committee to Meet Telephonically on November 18, 2019

WASHINGTON, D.C. (November 8, 2019) -- The Executive Compensation Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically on Monday, November 18, 2019, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

• Approval of Minutes (public and executive session)
• Personnel Matters (executive session)                             

With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe this meeting in the Executive Conference Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
