CPB Board of Directors to Meet Virtually on April 5-6, 2022

WASHINGTON, D.C. (March 22, 2022) -- The CPB Board of Directors will meet virtually on Tuesday, April 5, from 4-5:30 pm Eastern Time and Wednesday, April 6, from 2-3:20 pm Eastern Time. On the draft agenda:

 Day 1:

  • Approval of Minutes
  • Chair and Directors’ Remarks
  • President’s Report to the Board  
  • Legislative Update
  • Journalism Update: Ukraine Coverage

 Day 2:

  • Television Content Update: "The American Diplomat" 
  • Future Agenda Items 
  • Approval of Minutes (executive session)
  • Supplemental Funding Request to OMB and Congress (executive session)
  • Contract Extension (executive session)
