CPB Board of Directors to Meet Virtually on December 5-6, 2022

WASHINGTON, D.C. (November 22, 2022 -- Meeting times and public session items were updated on December 1, 2022) --  The CPB Board of Directors will meet virtually on Monday, December 5, from 2-5 pm ET, and Tuesday, December 6, from 2-4:20 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

  • Approval of Minutes (public and executive sessions) (Day 1) 
  • Chair and Directors’ Remarks – Resolution of Condolence (1) and Appreciation (2) (Day 1) 
  • President’s Report to the Board (Day 1)

  • Personnel Matters (Day 1)
