Ideastream - WKSU COS Implementation

This Collaborative Operations and Services grant supports the implementation of a Public Service Operating Agreement between Ideastream Public Media and Kent State University. Under the agreement, Ideastream will manage and operate 89.7 WKSU-FM Kent/Akron, Ohio and its repeater stations.
