J'Nai Bridges Unamplified

J’Nai Bridges was just coming off of her Metropolitan Opera debut when the COVID-19 pandemic hit New York. In the wake of George Floyd’s murder, Bridges emerged as a leading voice in the opera world, speaking out about racial inequality in classical music. In this film, the singer returns to the stage with renewed purpose with “A Knee on the Neck,” marking a new chapter for the rising mezzo.
