Meet the Helpers

Meet The Helpers is a multiplatform project that introduces children to important community helpers, such as 911 operators, firefighters, and police officers. WUCF has created videos (broadcast interstitials), web content and downloadable materials available to families on a dedicated website and on PBS LearningMedia, and to all stations through a digital hub. In phase 2, WUCF is producing additional video content and provide small grants to eight stations for local events focused on emergency preparedness for families with young children.
