NPR International Coverage 2022

This grant provides core support for NPR's international news coverage. With 17 foreign bureaus and 21 reporters stationed around the globe, NPR is reporting on COVID-19 from the most affected countries, producing 2,000 reports for broadcast and digital distribution. NPR remains committed to covering consequential world events, including China’s growing influence on the global stage, continued unrest in Afghanistan, and the transnational spread of disinformation.
