Public Media Meeting Facilitation

SmithGeiger Group is preparing and facilitating up to five in-person meetings of public media general managers and system leaders to discuss key issues facing public media, including but not limited to current public media system health, technology, and the future of public media. SmithGeiger will synthesize findings from the meetings to identify areas for additional dialogue and next steps, to assist CPB in developing its business strategies.
