RTL 2015-20 CC-ELM: PBS SoCal

In Year 4-5 of the community engagement project under the RTL 2015-20 grant, KOCE continues to work within a local Community Collaborative for Early Learning and Media and serves as the educational media partner within networks of community organizations that include early childhood educators and providers, public libraries, science centers, health clinics, and housing agencies that serve high-need populations.
