StoryCorps Military Voices Initiative 2022-2023

StoryCorps collects, broadcasts and preserves compelling stories of American veterans, active military personnel, and their families through its Military Voices Initiative. StoryCorps is partnering with Georgia Public Broadcasting, Maine Public Broadcasting Network, and Alaska Public Media to record at least 120 interviews and conduct engagement with local organizations serving military and veteran populations. StoryCorps will also promote interview collection through outreach to Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) community stations.
