WITF & WVIA Merger Planning (COS)

This grant supports 50% of the costs expected to develop a plan for merging WITF and WVIA, which have been in merger talks since July 2017. Activities include facilitated conversations between their executives and boards, an analysis of merger options to be outlined in a White Paper, and the creation of a business model that will enable the two stations to merge.
