That the Board of Directors appoints the directors listed below to serve on the Corporate Governance Committee:
Adoption of the FY 2023 Affirmative Action Plan

That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting hereby adopts the FY 2023 Affirmative Action Plan for the Corporation as attached.
Amended 2023 Board Meeting Schedule, Adopted February 15, 2023
That the Board of Directors adopts the following revised board meeting schedule for the remainder of calendar year 2023:
Acceptance of FY 2022 Audited Financial Statements
That the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting accepts the Combined Financial Statements and Report of Independent Certified Public Accountants, and Combined Financial Statements, Independent Auditors’ Report, and Reports in Compliance with the Uniform Guidance for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and Affiliate for September 30, 2022 and 2021.
