The position’s primary focus and responsibility is the technical coordination and production of broadcasts, podcast production, recordings, and events for APM|MPR. The Technical Director is a leader in the Broadcast Operations department, working in support of Minnesota Public Radio’s three regional services, the APM portfolio of national programming, and production of APM|MPR podcasts.

KUT is looking for a reporter to cover issues of equity in the criminal and justice systems in Central Texas. This will include a focus on topics like local policing strategies, sentencing inequity, bail reform and efforts to change how law enforcement operates.
This individual will be expected to use sources from the community to help drive coverage. That includes listening to and understanding community concerns and reporting stories that result from community outreach and engagement.
This is a fixed term position with an end date of November 30, 2022.
