Sirs. The recent editorial regarding the liberal leaning nature of NPR equally applies to PBS. We are regular viewers on the News Hour at dinner and are repeatedly struck by the slanted reporting and bias viewpoints of the “experts”. Not subtle. I would suggest getting commentary from someone other academics. Real word working people often have equally valuable ideas. Respectfully. David T******n. Monterey California

Dear CPB I am writing to you regarding NPR. I stopped funding NPR a few years ago, when i saw the dramatic shift to the far left. I am disappointed that NPR has taken this direction. Has CPB provided any guidance to help return NPR to the center. As you, and hence they, are funded by all American taxpayers, i would think it is your fiduciary duty to ensure NPR takes a balance approach. Your and their website speak strongly about Diversity, but diversity should go beyond race - it should include diversity of thought. Sadly it seems that NPR has lost its compass, and CPB has failed its mandate. I encourage the members of your board and management to reinstitute the balance and fairness that was once the hallmark of NPR. You and they are funded by all of America, and its your sacred trust to represent all of America Please get to work Sincerely C*******s M******y
